Now in our 17th year Welcome to the official homepage of the Arkansas Defense Force, the oldest current statewide Arkansas Militia group in Arkansas. Feel free to browse through the site and if you have any questions or are interested in joining please contact us. We are a diverse group made up of proud Arkansans that include people from all over the state; from truck drivers, veterans, preppers, law enforcement, construction workers, clergy, housewives, hunters, amateur radio operators, people to organize the transportation and distribution of supplies to hard hit areas, young people of all ages - our demographic spans the entire spectrum. We are the only state militia group that is established as a legal nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS, the founding member of the American Defense Forces Coalition and highly involved in community services throughout the state.

The main stream media (MSM) has done a good job of making every Defense Force group conceived as a bunch of kooks, racists, anarchists, all waiting for the chance to overthrow the United States and take over. 

The Arkansas Defense Force is different!  If you are a kook, racist, or for any form of government (fascism, communism, socialism, etc.) other than the constitutional republic our nation was founded on, or you think overthrowing the Arkansas or US Government is a good idea, this Defense Force is NOT FOR YOU!!

We are Patriots and Oathkeepers.  We believe in Freedom, not tyranny. We believe strongly in the Bill of Rights.  Thomas Jefferson has said 'Every citizen should be a soldier. This was the case with the Greeks and Romans, and must be that of every free state' and 'The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure' and 'The Constitution of most of our states (and of the United States) assert that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed and that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of press.'

John F. Kennedy also remarked, 'Today we need a nation of Minutemen who are not only prepared to take arms, but are citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.'

And Winston Churchill said, 'If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you with only a precarious chance of survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is not hope of victory at all, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.'

We believe in defending and if need be restoring the Bill of Rights.  With the economy failing, the constant threat of Terrorism, unemployment rising, false flag attacks, illegal immigration, etc. the time to band together and get ready is now.

The Arkansas Constitution defines our responsibility to enforce the law, repel insurrection, repel invasion and to preserve the public peace.   We do not hold these four duties lightly.  They are the very foundation that we are working for not just for our families, but our society as a whole.
